Problems with 32/64 bit versions of SC

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. If I copy SC from a system that is 32bit then the server will deploy the 
agent to 32 bit systems but not 64 bit systems. If I put the 64bit version on 
the opendlp server, then I can only deploy the agent to 64 bit systems.
2.If I copy the version of SC to the computer that I am deploying the agent to 
then try and sc locally on that computer I get the error "This program is not 
compatible with this system"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
To be able to deploy both the 32 and 64 bit agent. It would be nice to be able 
to copy both the 32 and 64 version of SC and have OpenDLP detect the OS Version 
and deploy the correct version of SC

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
The Virtual Box version of 0.5.1

Be sure you are using a 32-bit sc.exe from Windows XP. Other newer versions of 
32-bit Windows won't always work.

I have tested the 32-bit sc.exe from Windows XP on a Windows 7 64-bit system, 
and it worked fine.
