Weyl Type D1 assumes B is zero #6072

Bug reports:

Expected behavior:

Equation 6 computes a complex quantity that uses the weyl electric and weyl magnetic both of which should be nonzero from \cite Bhagwat2017tkm.

### Current behavior:

Weyl Type D1 (eq. 8) uses the complex quantity (eq. 6) and currently assumes the magnetic part of the weyl tensor B_ij is zero.
