Polish up binder notebooks #18

The notebooks I created for the ICERM workshop are here. I should ask for input from other SXS members and add the repo2docker action to build automatically on new releases of sxs.

Added my presentation and links; new backwards-compatibility features; and automatic re-building of the binder container, which triggers on both pushes to the notebook repo and release from this repo.
