RuntimeError: CUDA error: initialization error #21

I got the following error when running on my own data image I checked the building step and there seems to be no error, I'm using 1080ti with CUDA=10.0 Do anyone have any idea? Many thanks

Well I reinstall the whole thing and now it stoped giving that error, guess I must missed something in my first attempt
