增加全球加速 #13

全球加速文档地址：https://cloud.tencent.com/document/product/436/38866 全球加速的域名格式为：<BucketName-APPID>.cos.accelerate.myqcloud.com，与地域的格式一致所以添加accelerate项用于使用COS的全球加速来上传文件（需要在COS控制台中开启全球加速服务）

看了下，这个需要sdk支持，现在还不支持，晚点去给提个pr

你是访问吧？上传用的那个呢？

我只是用的上传，访问用的是CDN的域名

好的，我一开始也没看源码，我看到文档说上传直接使用对应的加速域名即可就直接把地域换成accelerate去上传。
