I lack confidence in my physical appearance (too fat) and i wish to do something to increase my level of confidence physically and mentally so that i feel accepted and acknowledged in society

Voluntary work Acceptance criteria: 1) class name for application form: form class attribute for application form: name, NRIC, contact_info, email, age, gender, nationality, address, birthdate, 2) NRIC must be unique 3) class name for event details: voluntary_wk class attribute for event details: title_event, description (description of the event and details 4) It is a application form for user to sign up for the upcoming voluntary work available. Dong voluntary work can boost one's self confidence and allow them to see their worth and strength
