WPML fix #82

Fixed URL when Different domain per language is selected. Issue #61.

I'm having a similar issue with mnky kickstart theme using wpml plugin. The wpml support told me they'll contact you to find a solution. It would be great if you could help them to solve the issue. Thanks a lot in advance!
