Color section #120

Hi,

I am trying to get a different color section, but it doesn;t work!!

I bought on Themeforest the Escape theme, including Aqua Page Builder. I tried adding the background css:

{ background-color:#00ff00; }

But nothing happens. I did save the template first before adding CSS. What the hell?

Can please somebody help me :)
