Localization strings, added default pot and pt_BR files and fix some WordPress standards

Hi Luiz,

First of all, I would like to say thank you so much for the translations. Unfortunately, I have added a few changes especially on the text domain and a few other improvements since this PR was added, so your PR can't be auto-merged.

If you don't mind, would you please send another pull request for just the translation file (pt_BR).

Closing this one for now.

Hi Syamil,

I saw that made changes and added the text domain. In the future I planned already send another pull request it. I'll send another from that its update soon with just the file pt_BR translation.
