When cloning, make sure the clone name isn't already taken. Issue #142 #143

This should address Issue #142.

When naming the clone, make sure that the clone name isn't already taken. If so, increase the clone number.

That while statement seems to throw my machine into a small fit. Is that why you deleted this PR?

Yes, I wrote that incorrectly. I attempted to delete the pull request but could only close it. I've submitted a new pull request that should correct that issue.
