By the process of elimination, I have found that the Aqua Page Builder plugin is causing my WP Admin bar to disappear when activated. Well it appears when logged in, but then disappears when the page is fully loaded. When I scroll down the page it appears again.
(seems to be happening in Chrome and Safari, not IE or FF)
It appears on some pages of the website and on some it doesn't (but it's still there, just invisible)
