Unterstützung für subs im UTF-8 Format #22

Es wäre super, wenn man die Subs nicht nur als im sub/idx und pgs Format muxen 
könnte, sondern auch als UTF-8 plain Text.

Hier ein Media-Info Beispiel:
Text
ID                               : 3
Format                           : UTF-8
Codec-ID                         : S_TEXT/UTF8
Codec-ID/Info                    : UTF-8 Plain Text
Titel                            : Forced subs
Sprache                          : Deutsch

Das scheint das Untertitel-Format zu sein, welches eigentlich "üblich" ist und 
am besten von Standalone-Playern unterstützt wird.
