In the meantime, until hawx shows any activity on this site again, i've 
compiled and tested this version with those changes in it, and this will allow 
suptitle processing with BDSup2Sub again.

this is not a bugfix for anything else, if the subtitle section had bugs before 
they will still be present.

I've attached the .dll here, or if that's not working you can download it from 
here:
https://www.dropbox.com/s/eo76kuki4ab7zq4/Subtitle.dll

To fix it, simply overwrite the existing Subtitle.dll in the BluRip folder.
