muxing aborts when destination folder does not exist #5

blurip should check if the destionation folder does not exist, and if so, 
create it before muxing.

'H:\Encoded\TheWild\TheWild.1080p.BluRay.AC3.x264.MultiEnDe.mkv' konnte nicht 
zum Schreiben geöffnet werden (Permission denied).

uhm never mind. it actually does that... i used the wrong drive name 8)
