Flite reference not handled #3

This is in response to Issue #2 which hasn't been handled.

I think removing the original author and copyright reference in every Flite file is a bit much. Please fix this.

I have already given an answer to this issue, I will give proper attribution to the flite project in the near future.

Look at the differences between the two projects, and you will see they are quite different. Individual header file attribution isn't going to happen.
