Editing models sbml id causes Name of the model to change #36

Why? Immediate fix, sbml id has nothing to do with name of the model.

To correct myself. It does have something to do with the name of the model. SBML id (the ID of the object in the SBML document) is used as an alias (short name) for the name of the object. This alias is being used in the math expressions in the SBML document. The motivation behind this is that the biological names could be very ugly, thus making the readability of the math expressions very bad. Name can equal its alias, but it is not a strict rule. So this was changed.
