Other properties that are (relatively) feasible to compute and could be included in the final model meta-data:

SCC decomposition of the regulatory graph (including the size of the largest SCC).
(Approximate) feedback vertex set and negative feedback vertex set (possibly with a per-SCC breakdown).
Number of positive/negative/unknown/dual regulations.
Number of output variables.

If possible, we could also incorporate some basic statistics about model attractors/trap spaces. Currently, there is no universal format to describe the attractors, but we could give some general meta-data (which variables are stable/unstable, which have a constant value that is universal to all attractors, etc.).
