At the moment, the static-analysis workflow does not preserve metadata which is available in the source .sbml files. For most models, we don't have .sbml files anyway, but for the ones where metadata is available, it would be nice to preserve it. However, this would be a significant change of the analysis workflow. For now, if you want additional metadata, please refer to the model source files.
