SBML parser incompatibility #1

Currently, SBML parsing is very ad hoc (it follows the standard rather loosely). We need to make sure all SBML-qual features are properly implemented and tested.

We know we can properly import most models exported from GinSim, but we still have some issues with models from CellCollective.

Overall, the whole module needs to be reworked or at least refactored.

Sadly, #7 does not close this... there are some other problems, for example Yeast Apoptosis still cannot be imported and I am not sure why...
