Improved quality of Galaxy tools:

changed structure of the repo to put together all Galaxy related files
removed usage of absolute paths in the tools #17
added proper requirement of eBCSgen bioconda package #40
added authors and contacts to the tools
updated interactive tours and added missing ones
introduced proper versioning of the tools #43

Finally, the structure and contents of documentation was improved #47
