Add basic parsing tests covering main syntactic features of following objects:
[x] AtomicAgent
[x] StructureAgent
[x] Complex
[x] Side
[x] Rate
Plus add tests for these and also already existing objects for incorrect syntax (a particular exception is expected).
Optionally, the expected test objects could be all located in a separate file (a preliminary step to #80).
