Galaxy visualisations

Remove Galaxy content from this repo and actually contribute the visualisations to the Galaxy core.

• [ ] Fix transition system visualisation https://github.com/galaxyproject/galaxy/issues/15375 (already contributed in https://github.com/galaxyproject/galaxy/pull/14766)
• [ ] Simulation plot using existing implementation (alternatively, an already existing Galaxy visualisation could be adjusted)
• [ ] Satisfiability of Parameter space exploration (a nice visualisation was actually done in this thesis, it just needs to be adjusted for the Galaxy)
• [ ] Interactive editor for BCSL https://github.com/sybila/eBCSgen/issues/84
