We have several issues open about this:

None are being actively worked on because we get about 1 request every two years for this. People would much rather publish their videos directly to social platforms or use YouTube or Vimeo, which support these tags out of the box.
Do you have a specific use case where these tags would be more beneficial than posting directly to the platform?
Hi, is it any plan to update so SEO framwork can implement OG:video on pages and post types?
