Rename popular filters #650

Some popular legacy filters haven't kept up with the current naming convention.

So, I want to deprecate the following filters and rename them:

  1. the_seo_framework_custom_field_description -> the_seo_framework_custom_description
  2. the_seo_framework_title_from_custom_field -> the_seo_framework_custom_title
  3. the_seo_framework_title_from_generation -> the_seo_framework_generated_title

Has the Image filter also been renamed in v5 ?

It doesn't seem to work anymore,

@X-Raym I'll get to you on support ASAP -- triaging premium support and server maintenance atm. But the short answer for filter the_seo_framework_articles_images is "no" -- it's still in the Articles extension.
