The additional media are often bundles with a directb2s file.
It does not make sense to separate the upload of these files. The universal upload already can diff all assets, the only obstacle here is that only the table upload dialog supports the combined upload.
A separate dialog, including some previous should be build to upload non table asset bundles(!).
