[Bug] Fix Discord Bot Doc #573

@robertwallace7808 vor 2 Tagen I've been a "member" of the Virtual Pinball Chat "server" for some time and was hoping to enjoy some competition on Discord. I've had VPin Studio up and running for a few days and wanted to try making a bot for that purpose. I followed the Discord Integration Bot FAQ (in the VPin studio app) and ran into a problem. Some step appears to be missing. I get to the point in the process (Step 4 - publish the bot) where I open the generated URL in the browser and it has a single form with the only input being a drop-down to select the server. But, there's no server listed and I can't type in anything. A note below says that it requires I have "manage server permission in the server". Do I? How do I get that? I guess that doesn't matter if there's no server to select. It appears that I'm now stuck with a bot that doesn't work.

Seems the UI has changed a bit for the dev portal of Discord.

Fixed with 3.9.1
