[Feature Request] Add support for DMD positioning #610

DMDs are often have the same position(s). Provide a screen virtualizer that shows the DMD position and editor so that the user can change and fix it without the need to restart a table.

The loaded image should be loaded from backglass or a fulldmd frame or puppack Rules to be defined which one to load

Maybe we should add the DMD screen dimension in read only for information and "keep aspect ratio" to be renamed as "keep 4x1 aspect ratio" ?

regarding load of image, I can start with the full dmd image contains in backglass if present and if backglass is visible

Then in a second step, we can take the frame after 1s in the full dmd video or the full dmd image from asset media if DMD screen is flagged as 'stays on'. For puppack, no clue... :)

The problem might be that the position can be stored in the registry or in the dmddevice.ini.

Let's start a branch for this feature and get started. Well see where the problems are once we get there. I'll design the initial view then.
