Add option for contextmenu items DOM specifier #38

Clicking on the on the contextmenu itself or the ul element triggers the onItem callback. Taken on the demo page which shows elements text property on onItem callback. Clicking outside of any items while within the contextmenu shows all the items text. screen shot 2014-01-25 at 10 38 16 am

Fixed in version 0.2.0 using scopes in option.
