Fetch the supported coin list directly from the bot’s file (supported_coin_list)

In the long run it is planned to provide a configuration interface to actually create and configure the bot: https://github.com/sydekumf/hodlbot/issues/4

So this webinterface will act as an administration panel for the bot itself and you don't need to log in to the server manually to do that.
