Added the ability to upload images, complete with Uppy integration and admin interface to remove images.
There is an odd bug where when you upload the same image twice, and press delete it removes both. This is unexpected, but I'm not sure if it's undesirable. I guess it would be since people might try to delete one because they don't want duplicates and then accidentally delete both!
I'll look into it a bit later. In the meantime this can be reviewed and merged.
Once you merge you can reseed your database, but it will take quite a long time since it will be generating probably about 2000 images (like 10 - 20 minutes I'd estimate).
