Problem with Back navigation on region-based listings #179

Back button does not work properly.

How to replicate it:

sahajayoga.ca
⁠Free Classes
⁠Ontario -> Peel -> Brampton
⁠Back
⁠Events in Halton instead of Peel

This appears to be some kind of specific data error with the programs in the Peel Region.

To be more specific, the venues associated with the events in the Peel Region have been detected as being a part of both regions, but the Hamilton region is the first in the list. Which means that the back button always comes here
