We've had a request from the Russian team to allow the event manager to edit / delete their list of registrations, so that they can maintain an up to date list of attendees. This could be expanded into a more fully featured dashboard, but that will require some discussion.

Technically, we don't want to delete any existing registrations, because we don't want to lose that data.

After discussion, the value of this is not worth the development burden.
