Registration limit for events

We have a request from the Russian team to create a limit on how many people can register for an event.

This requires some design work, but the CMS part of this could be done before the design is ready

Notes

• The limit should be applied separately to each occurrence of the event. Registrations for previous occurrences of the event don't count towards the limit.
• Events that are at their limit should still be shown on the map until after the event - so that users can find the event, and see that it is no longer available, if they were viewing it earlier.

For the design, we need:

• How to indicate in the event list that there is a limited number, or no seats left in an event.
• How will the event page look when there are no seats left.
• How to indicate in the registration form how many seats are left.

Currently it's not clear how we would fit this into the design. This would be useful for concerts, meditation courses, or single events. Let's reconsider it when those types of programs become more used.
