Associate Online events with a local area instead of a venue #84

The fact that online classes have to be attached to a venue is a bit confusing to some people, and also creates an awkward situation where yogis sometimes need to enter their home address.

Instead we could attach online events directly to a LocalArea.

We should also add a hint somewhere for "Wondering how to create online events?"
