Currently events in the list view are ordered in a fairly simple way.

If a location is searched, then by distance to the location.
Otherwise, in an arbitrary ordering.

We should order based on the following factors

Distance from searched location
Event language
Time until start of event (for online classes)
Events which aren't starting for some time should be lower on the list.

We may also want to make some visual distinctions on the map / list

Highlight online events which are going live soon.
Fade out events which are in other languages(?)

Some progress has been made on this issue. Language and start time are now factored into the ordering.
