This service which we are going to use for Sahaj Atlas is also a communications channel. This may be a good way to facilitate yogis for non-English language to receive direct communication, rather than everything going to a single email address. https://messagebird.com/en/omnichannel-widget/

Additionally, yogis who run meditation classes, need a way to check on contact messages at the beginning of the meditation. We get a lot of messages of people having trouble connecting. This is particularly important if the yogi accidentally sets a passcode.

Action: See if we can find an alternative which has an app for agents. Who can then benefit from push notifications. Also look and see if we can find something with cheaper pricing.

Unfortunately I cannot find any similar product which has an app for agents. I've struggled to find a product with similar features at all.
