Replace Vimeo with JW Player #124

Most Vimeo support has already been disabled during the content editor overhaul.

We want to switch to JW Player because it will allow us to replace all of these services with 1 service

Vimeo
Twitch
Restream
Plyr.js (javascript video library)

Currently this ticket is pending on @antontcymbal negotiating an account with the JW Player support.

Will briefly investigate alternatives, which might support livestreaming

Consider whether you can connect to multiple facebook / youtube accounts for restreaming.
Consider better regional management.
Consider good player customisation
Consider anonymous analytics

If no serious alternative is found, we'll proceed with JW Player just for video hosting.

I've found a good potential alternative to JWPlayer. It has:

Better regional management
Anonymous analytics
Livestreaming, including restreaming to facebook / youtube. There's a limit of 6 restreams per live stream, but it sounds like those can be different for each live stream so we should be able to get all regions on the same account.
More transparent pricing, and apparently non-profit pricing.

Action: We've contacted MUX to inquire about their non-profit discount. Anton will also investigate whether this service could be used for the app.

Hi! So I tried to use MUX in bubble after signing up (details in 1pass), but I for now was unable to make it work. @Ardnived Could you have a look?
