Make live meditation timezone easier to understand #157

On the live meditations page we say that the meditations are at 7pm GMT. However, because of daylight savings people often find it confusing to convert this to their local time.

Perhaps we can use some kind of JavaScript solution to convert it automatically to their local time zone.
