wemeditate.com step 1: Add new hosts to route_translator #88

First step in migrating the site over to wemeditate.com.

After this is deployed we should be able to configure Heroku and Cloudflare to get the site running to get ready to switch over traffic via 301 redirects.

Have deployed this branch to production to sanity check that it does what we expect. Looks good to me: image
