add TODOs in INTERPOLATION_.py
added a separate function for results, get_result to be used in the wrapper functions.
changed the NewtonianInterpolationMethods.py to involve separate functions for interpolations rather than a single one.
minor changes to __init__.py

This PR will address issue #3
