Center Pan is at 0.75, not 0.5 (EZOutput) #288

As the title suggests, I'm getting middle pan at a value of 0.75, not 0.5. Done some Googling, but the only other instance I can find is from 2004: http://lists.apple.com/archives/coreaudio-api/2004/Mar/msg00089.html

Any ideas?
