Why is dominate an optional requirement? #22

It's also mentioned in the dewarp README but I can't see any use of it in the codebase.

dominate is a requirement by pix2pixHD. Since, we are unsure about the pix2pixHD licensing, we kept it as an optional requirement to run the dewarp code.
