Template splitter / flattener #41

Allow existing templates to be split into modules by simply dumping the text into the editor, highlighting the parts to break out, and pressing a button.

The reverse should also be possible as well: combine the modules that make up a template into a single template (with annotations about where the templates are), work on it, then re-split the resulting template back into its component modules.
