In general we have to setup a page that explains how relayers are selected. We are looking at criteria such as:

Proven experience in operating protocol infrastructure for high-security application
Value-Alignment & Reputation in our space
Ability & Commitment to fulfill Service Level Agreements for operating Relayers (SLA)

We also should publish our Relayer Operator SLA.

We have this page already (from the new Ecosystem collapsible) that describes the process for becoming a relayer. I will add some of your bullets above as the language is more descriptive and precise. @alexmmueller

I was just on this thought. Where can I find these SLA's?

The SLA is about to be finalized, will add you when it's ready. Should be this week.
