feat: Transfer UI page #144

Created a transfer UI page by refactoring react-example.

Centered the Widget React component and created a footer with links to other Sygma pages.

@MakMuftic would it make sense to have footer as header instead?

Sorry, I just mark them resolved when I solve them locally and when everything is ready I rerequest the review. :sweat_smile: Won't do that anymore, will mark them when I push the changes.
