More than 4 decimals are displayed to the transfer amount #203

Context: When a user inputs a transfer amount ( usually 4 digits), the transfer amount displayed in UI ( after fee calculation), displays to many decimals. We should keep it persistent across the app. I suggest 4 decimals, the same as the fee image
