Fix release pipeline for wallet package #43

Release pipeline wasn't being triggered nor wasn't publising package to npm

Implementation details

pipeline should publish version 0.0.1
fix namepsaces uses on the workflow that were off by a d in the namepsace for the package

Testing details

package should be published
