Prepare layout and define theme pallete for the UI

Implementation details

define basic layout for the Widget interface
provide unit test for the component

For the MVP UI must contain the following:

form with two inputs: amount and destination address
button to initiate transfer
render message, below for, that showcase the status of the transfer

Testing details

Test that Widget renders default view
