Add CER for mandarin dataset? #40

Hi, can you add some CER results for mandarin dataset e.g. AIShell-1?

I am unfamiliar with results on this dataset, so, unfortunately, except if somebody submit/PRs the foundations of the results table: a set of strong results, I won't do that anytime soon.
