The link to 'contribute' is broken #6

In http://spacemacs.org/, the 'contribute' link (http://spacemacs.org/doc/CONTRIBUTE.html) is broken.

There's a PR for the broken contribute link, in this issue: CONTRIBUTE link on homepage broken #8290

Thank you for the report. Fixed in develop.spacemacs.org will be merged to spacemacs.org at next major release.

I remember it was working some time ago but the current "contribute" link is giving me 404 https://www.spacemacs.org/CONTRIBUTING.html
